Firstly try to find the manual, this will show you the location of the jummper to change(short) or which 2 terminals to short.
If you can't find the manual, use the interweb to find it.
It's normal way for a number of motherboard makers to require you to short a terminal with power on to reset BIOS, just be careful!
Thankfully newer motherboards have jumpers to change so you dont have to poke screwdrivers into computer cases...
