1jz auto cuts used to be around $1800 but now they are popular so they are about $2500. As you have a supra already, you can get a supra jza70 cut which is mid crossmember which are generally a little cheaper than the chaser cuts as they are in higher demand.
I don't know the specifics of your conversion but generally you would need:
engine mounts
possible tail shaft mods
intercooler and piping
ecu wired in or aftermarket ecu
change little things like plugs, fluids, belts and hoses if needed.
these things add up.
I know my corona conversion is a lot different and more difficuly but mine cost around $7000 and that was buying the car half done.
