Nothing sort of a heat sheild will do a proper job here, and you don't want the sheild to attach to the extractors either.... 1G-GTE engines have a few heat sheilds on them and one of these should be able to be adapted to your car. Al-foil will be in contact with the wires and heat will be conducted from that into the loom itself. You will only delay the inevitable torching of you car using this stuff.
