The dash is usually there but sometimes there are bits missing (eg mine didn't have a stereo or climate control switchgear). I'm afraid you've got buckley's of fitting a later-model dash into an MA61. Sure it could be done but the effort involved is astronomical. I'm using the instrument panel from my front cut, and even that's hard enough! I pulled enough wiring from under the dash to fill two large boxes, and that doesn't include the 11 (that's right, eleven) electronic control modules that were attached to it. I couldn't even imagine trying to graft that mess into another car. [Report message to a moderator]
