Started off with a group A gen2 block + some parts - was about $1500
new forgies $1000
VRS Kit - $600
extensive Headwork including cams - about $1500
TRD bearings + crank balancing etc - about another $500
labour etc etc + Including clutch - was close to 6 grand all up
Costs will vary of course on who you get them thru .
Mines had all the " best " i could afford + has been built to handle 400 + Horsies if needed as per request to motor builder

the motor i had built has as much gen3 stuff thown at it as possible - head in particular has shim under bucket conversion ala gen 3 + gen 3 cams - but not " smallport " like a proper gen3 - i still have bigport + tvis
