If you have a manual donor car, it should just be an easy swapping affair (gearbox, flywheel, clutch and brake pedals, clutch line, clutch master, clutch slave, gearbox crossmember, tail shaft)  Just swap everything and it should be fine, tho I would look at getting an uprated clutch.
I think that the auto 7mgte ecu will be fine (just have to short the neutral start switch from the auto box).
