1. Yes, but as you are no doubt aware it will take some fiddling.
2. Most things, yes. 
3. Unfortunately so.
4. My guess would be yes... once you've moved the radiator there won't be much room for an air-to-air cooler.
5. For a 99+ model VVTi front cut, expect to pay shiteloads. I don't know anyone who's bought one but for an auto cut I'd guess you'd be looking at the $8-12k range.
6. You'd probably be better off getting an Aristo cut; they tend to be cheaper than Supras for the same engine. It depends what's available though.
7. For a 99+ model, there are only two versions as far as I'm aware: Supra and Aristo. The differences between them are minor and probably irrelevant when it comes to an engine conversion, with the possible exception of sump configuration which you should investigate closely before making a decision.
8. A few people around here have put 1JZ's into Hilux's. Do a search and you should find plenty of info.
9. I wouldn't even want to guess. Lots!
10. Wiring diagrams for pre-VVTi 2JZ's are easily available, not so sure about VVTi stuff though. Have a chat to "sideshow", he knows all about this stuff.
