After reading your list of things you want, I would have thought the 1uz-fe would have been a better option. Just my opinion though.
I thought it was the specific engine that had to be later than the car. Definitely best to check with the RTA though.
what is your concern with the auto? if you were to get a 1jz, you buy a 1jz front cut with auto or if you want a 2jz, you buy a 2jz with auto. I can't remember if they are the same off the top of my head. 1jz has an A340e. I am pretty certain that the autos in a supra or aristo would be the same.
