Horror stories like whitchgys 1st are the norm. When my crown was rear ended they listed things like "replace spare tyre and rim" WTF?
But they have done nothing but good things in service and repairs to any "normal" as my wife would put it (read not old). Even supporting me during my current court case even though I have not made a claim and cancelled the policy (pro rata refund within 3 days) and I'm looking at dangerous driving occ GBH and neg dr occ GBH.
They have been at the 2 court days so far even though it was only adjournments. I'm sure they are only looking after their own interests but at least they are there AND believe my side of the story.
