No read the article again. The power of the ZE motor with the microtech installed but untuned (ie, way too rich) was 77Kw, and after it was properly tuned then it was 100Kw.
Unless your motor is way out of tune, it won't benifit from adjusting the a/f ratio.
What mods do you have? You may be able to get a bit more power out of it with that afc, but not 23Kw. Maybe 2 or 3.
