It is normal for the engine to drop in revs, only slightly, when you use the headlights or power windows or something.

If the engine has a flat spot, remove the injectors and get them serviced at some place, like at a Bosch dealer. I can't garantee that will fix it, but its a good place to start, and worth doing on a older engine. To test, you can try clamping the fuel return line and rev the motor to see if the flat spot disapears. The increase fuel pressure should be enough to get past the bad injectors.
