Hi Daniel, I have the Toyota "A" series overhaul manual here, the torque figures are calculated on bolt/nut sizes, so should be fairly accurate for GZE.

Main Bearings; 41 to 47 ft-lbs. or 54 to 64N.m

Tension centre cap first, then adjacent ones and finally end caps

Rod bearings; 34 to 39 ft-lbs. or 46 to 52N.m

Flywheel: 55 to 61 ft-lbs. or 74 to 83N.m

Head bolt tension and tightening pattern will be on your head gasket packaging.

I would suggest you find a copy of the GZE manual, as there are heaps of other things which need to be checked/measured/ torqued. You have gone to the expense of all the machining work, it would be a pity to blow it all for the sake of a few pages of information.

regards Chuck.
