yes you can set it up that way . but as to how well the wolf valve controls boost i dont know . Most evu dedcated boost control system work fine at holding boost , they just dont bring it on faster
If you need to actually purchase the valve then dont the hiper boost can actually controll boost perfectly . but if you want differnet boost in certain gears or more boost above a set rpm etc and the wolf can do this then you need to go that way .
having said all that the main gain is fitting the wastegate control as long as you do that then you will still get a great result
