Someone try out the "Homebrand" oil at woolies and tell me how it goes after a few thousand k's of hard driving:evil:
It's about the same price as petrol per litre and I think it is made for cars that chew through oil as quick as petrol 
I have always used Mobil 1 in my 4AGTE, but will be giving the Penrite HPR15 a go next time as it has been recommended by a few people I know

Actually the homebrand oils are all supplied by fairly large and respectable oil companies (e.g. Castrol, Caltex, Mobil etc.) but are just their bottom of the range mineral oils rebranded.
Although I would only consider using mineral oil in my lawnmower / commodore / X series falcon... i.e. basically any wide tolerance low tech engine.
