start with all knobs fully anti-clockwise and slowly change them. If you have a decent exhaust system you probably won't have to change the boost amount much as you will probably be at around 13psi.
Then turn the wastegate knob a little at a time until you like how it drives.
This is all theoretical as I didn't actually get to tune mine.
