There is a simple answer and a complicated answer,
It is very easy to buy a whole disk brake rear end or just the disks and calipers from the disk brake version, parts are apparently more common over there form a wrecker, or the hard way if you want something decent that is vented (the best form of heat dissipation) is to go to a decent brake shop and gert them to make something up, but will cost you.
