with those mods I doubt you would need much more boost. Otherwise you will be getting pretty close to boost cut I would think.
Installing the controller is not hard except for getting at the lines on the rear turbo. Different with each car though.
Is your car for drag racing or what? sounds like a pretty good base for it 
next mod should be twin dump pipes unless you are planning on changing turbos in the future.
