option 1 - get under car with torch, get another person to push hard and hold on the brakes while you look for drips.
option 2- you cross threaded the connections on the brake line somwhere?
option 3- while moving brake line out of the way, you cracked a flexible line?
being wrecker-replacement calipers- the seals may have failed?
the rear-slaves might be stuffed already - lift the rubber boots back to check for presence of fluid.
having brake fluid on the rim suggests that it is leaking near the wheel - ergo the caliper/slave or the line connected to it.
