As a member of Team CarAudioAustralia and a owner of a TA22, I'm presuming that I could shed some light here.
You can see in my signature my specs of my system and that's still with the tank in my boot. It's a very very very tight fit. What I have is a custom boot buildout however, nothing too flash though. Basically it's a boxed off sorta thing with my amps against the tank bit and one sub on each side on the floor.
One thing you'll notice about the LT is the size of the boot, not very big here. So, when you get your sub/subs, get ones that are suited to a very small enclosure. I own two JL Audio subs and theyre sitting in their own 1 cubic foot box as shallow as they can be. What I did was make they own box, and basically put them over the spare tyre, it raises the floor a bit but it works. Then you can put a flase floor over the top of these to make it nice and neat. It sounds dodgy but it looks good.
Another option is to fibreglass the boot well, that'll work nice, however, i needed the spare tyre. If that wasn't the case I wouldn't have any hesitation in doing this. You'll end up with a bit more bootspace too.
With the rest of the system, I'm not one for rear fill (rear speakers). As the Celica is a small car I did away with the rear speaker idea and put ports in the rear shelf where speakers would normally go. These aren't in relation to the box, you can make them as big or small as you want, I just did it to make the shelf look cool and to let a bit more bass into the cabin.
I am yet to have it SPL tested as the car is off the road for a while so I can't tell you any official numbers. However, the sound is still great, provided you get good gear and tune it well, you should have no problems.
I hope this cleared some of this up. Good luck with everything.
