Intake - knife edged port ribs/flanges, and valve guides, increased valve 'bowl' size, and the ports internal shape has been changed/increased without increasing the actuall size of the face of the port..slightly polished finish

Exhuast - lifted the top on the port slightly higher..closely match porting it the the headers, general clean up of any dags/casting joins, highly polished finish

Head surface - machined 10 thou off the head

and (the reason in the first place why i am doing this) NEW VALVE STEM SEALS!!! no more smoke on start ups!! yay!!

i am putting the head on in a couple of weeks..it is going in with some 'Bigport' cams i have..the guy that did the work (mate of mine) had a look at some of the other head places around..they told him that they do half as much as what he did to this head and find about 30 extra hp!! not to keep my hopes up but i think it will make quite a noticeable difference!
