1. Good, they are XR4 copies right? Speedstar if i'm correct?
2. I think it'll slightly rub the strut, the offset sounds like a S13/180, but a spacer should solve that problem. If your car is low then the outer tyre wall will scrub on hard bumps/cornering - 195's should be ok, but i've had the same problem before and only high speed cornering would make it chew the rubber
3. 195/50/15 Bridgestone GIII or the like. Toyo are coming up with pretty good designs as well.
