Sun, 07 November 2004 09:41 I was under the impression that bp uses ethernol in all its fuels which attracts water which makes things rust. Ethernol also has a high octane rating so its a cheap way of bumping up the octane rating of petrol. Its also worth noting that optimax is used in the v8 supercars which altho they are not exactly high tech motors in those things they do make big reliable n/a power. Thoughts/comments anyone?
