With the quad throttles, you can't reliably use a MAP signal for load sensing since the fluctuations in the manifold pressure won't give the ECU a good load reference at light loads.
Even if you could get a good MAP signal, the process of converting a MAP signal to and AFM signal isn't that simple and you may as well use an aftermarket ECU since microprocessor complexity is required to do the conversion job properly anyway. Your best bet is to try and fit the air box in if you want to stay with factory ECU, or use TPS load sensing with aftermarket engine management.
