Likewise on my headers. But yes, I'll 3rd (4th?) the opinion that that price should include a muffler. FYI, 3" hiflo cats are about $300ish from a zorst place, Magnaflo 3" stainless mufflers are about $300, Lukey 3" stainless mufflers are about $350, 3" mandrel bends are about $30ish each, and 3" pipe is $30/metre.
