the track is a measurement of the car, and is tyre centre to centre.

you can also not increase the rim width by that much without engineering.

i also would suggest that gong to that width, on that weight car, is also not legal.

235 width tyre ona KE is not recommended to to reduced grip under wet conditions. 195 seems to be a good size.

235 retreads will be dangerous. a good egineer will not allow it.

in the US, (depending on state) there are no restrictions on what you can do.. i think you need to speak to an engineer.
