Block off the return on the fuel rail.
However, before you do any full boost runs, make sure the fuel pressure with the IS200 fuel pump and intrinsic regulator is adequate.
If not you might possibly consider IS/GS300 or LS430 fuel pump (one with an intrinsic regulator - you'll want to check that flow/pressure are adequate under boost conditions).
Or ultimately you may need to run a return line with the stock FPR and a non regulated fuel pump.
