When you say 'cluster', you're after an instrumentation cluster right? If you've got a toolkit, Pick & Payless or somewhere like that might have one there. Is it an auto or manual? I think the auto ones have a transmission selection column in the middle..

Only 98-00 auto RAV4s had the gear position indicator in the cluster...it was part of the 1998 update
