I've got a sets of extractors on my 2 main RA23's. They can make a little difference but have to be careful that you don't loose too much back presure otherwise she runs like a dog.
On one that I've recently bought it's got a webber carbie on it and it goes really well. You don't have to floor the accelerator to get the car to move. I haven't really driven that car too far as it isn't registered but it seems to go really well. The engine has been rebuilt as well so it goes better than my other celicas.
18R's are bullit proof and once tuned right can run really well.
