Alainve,

The common ploblem withthe 2TC carby is actually the butterfly shaft for the secondaries. They tend to gum up and be just that bit to stuck for the vacuum to open them. If you are good with carbies then pull it down and clean the shaft really well. The just keep it clean and crap free with some Carby cleaner. You may need to grease the end of the shaft or something before you reassemble it.
