It's piss easy. It only gets difficult if you come across a stuck bolt, which is not uncommon on a 20yo car which has probably never had the diff removed.

1. Disconnect tailshaft from diff. 4x12mm bolts.
2. Disconnect driveshafts from diff. 4x14mm bolts each side.
3. Support diff with trolley jack.
4. Remove 17mm bolts holding diff to cradle. From memory there are 4 on each side and 4 on top.
5. Diff is now hanging from 2x19mm bolts through the crossmember. Remove these and you can lower the diff out of the car (some wiggling may be necessary).

Should take you no more than an hour if you don't hit any snags.
