i did mine the other day, its not easy, i got no muscles,
lift up hatch, pry (with something soft, i used a toothbrush) the rubber back on the inside and push in that corner with a flat palm, work your way along the top then down one side, it'll take a little bit of effort but you"ll get there.
The corner must come out before the rest does,so pick a top corner and work at it till it out,then the rest will follow easily.
