Sprocket Regular Location: The Central Coast Registered: October 2002	Re: Changing Gear Box Oil Fri, 25 October 2002 02:11 Ribbo is right, there will be a plug at the bottom of the gearbox where all the oil can drain out. Make sure the car is warm when you do it (cause it runs quicker and wont take so long, obviously with the engine off). Then put the plug back in and you should find a plug half way up, undo that, it should be a pretty big one. Some top up oil bottles have a neck funnel to make it easy to squirt the oil in. Buy one of those and a 3 or 4 litre bottle, just keep filling up the little one when it runs out. Fill it up as far as it'll go until it comes streeming out the hole, then do the plug back up. DON'T OVERFILL IT, you'll blow an oil seal if you do. As long as it's on flat ground and you fill it as far as it'll go to that hole, you'll have no worries! Shouldn't take you longer than 30mins!
