Rebuilding a 20v can be quite costly. Really depends what you want to get out of the motor. That is if it will be a standard rebuild or you want to go oversized pistons, different rods, port and polishing the head, bigger cams etc
Thing to also look out for is the VVT Pulley which generally can be faulty on the 20v's. You will notice it at first as a click clacking type sound under the head.
I have a 20v in my Seca SX and really pleased with it.
Make sure you change the timing belt, water pump (bare minimum) and the seals if you plan to just put it into your car before a full engine rebuild.
