sorry fella's i should of explained more, its just going to be a standard rebuild... piston's,bottom end bearing,etc,etc...

VVT pulley, is there any way tellin if this ok without the motor runnin'???

plus im going to do all the general things like a major service all new rubbers and seals...

but with the bottom end... is there anywhere i can get it sent to be cleaned up and checked and balanced???... im very unfamiliar with this, is there books i can buy on how to open the head, which bolts and such... i suppose i can learn as i go, but i would feel better knowing i have a guide to go by.
