Yeah, I expect 1-2km/h jumping, but not 5-7km/h

Over 90, its perfect.

Sounds like a new/replacement cable is in order.

Would it help to replace the grease in the cable at each end?
(Do they have grease there stock? or was this added to my Cressida afterwards?)
