todd, thanks for the reply mate. another dude from adelaide has emailed 20mins ago, so i'm just waiting on a reply from him. I hate batering wars on this forum, and i can understand if you haven't got the cash, like i said to him, first person who offers me $300 walks away with it(I need the cash).
To answer your questions from the email, all you need is the bolts from your previous LT grill, its just a matter of unscrewing the 5/6 screws off your old grill and screwing the new one on. The grill is dead straight, no dents at all.
I'll leave it for maybe a day, if i don't get anymore offers then its yours for $250+postage.
