Stock injectors are 295cc. I have run 440cc on the stock AFM and ECU with pretty good results.
I think 440's are about as big as you can go with the stock AFM. I had to retune the AFM, although top end was very good you will lose out on cold start or idle as the changes you make are across the whole rev range and the reason why I upgraded to an aftermarket system.
Unless your going to upgrade the trubo as well I would just keep the old injectors and ECU and just give it a bit more boost, say 10 or 12psi. The stock injectors have a bit left in them on a stock setup.
