Sorry guys I should have explained myself a bit better. 
Already have a different turbo Mitsubishi TD05, large front mount inter-cooler and a front entry manifold and it's currently running about 13psi.
So, in theory  , if the stock ones are 295cc, if I upped them to say 330cc (if there is such a size, right resistance, etc) than I may be able to run say 15-16psi without to much trouble, without causing to much problems with cold start and idle, you would think. Cold start etc is not to much of a problem as this is my toy car and only dose about 5-7000kms per year.
