Tops of the doors??? You mean the roof lining? if thats already vinyl just spray it with vinyl spray. As for everything else, just take off the panel, buy some vinyl and some spray adhsive to stick it down.
I just recently re-upholsetered the entire interior of my RA28, including carpets, new door trims, all panels, roof etc. Vinyl is reasonbly cheap, at about 12-15 p/m (look in the yellow pages for your local upholstry dealer/supplier). Spray adhesive is expensive though, at $30 a can (For 3M as its industrial strength and you dont want it too peal off in the heat).
Other than that its just a matter of having ago. Tips i have - double measure how much vinyl you need and lay out and plan your steps. It was my first time doing this (in my RA28), and by taking it slowly, i ended up with a great final product
Hope this helps - Spectre
