DO NOT USE 140 weight oil in a gearbox designed for 90 weight oil!
Unless you want your diff to overheat from oil cavitation that is!

75W/90 API GL5 suits most toyota diffs and it would be best to stick to it!
Go the full synthetic gearbox oil if you want to put better oil in your gearbox.
