Even the Hiace, Liteace, Dyna, Hilux, Landcruiser, Bundera and almost all of the Hino trucks use 75W/90 gearbox oil. Even the bloody forklifts use 75W/90!
Even most Mack truck gearboxes recommend 75W/90 or 85W/90
Examples of vehicles which recommend 140 weight oil are:
Western Star:
-Eaton
-Meritor
-Dana
-Sizu
some use TC50
Scania
-Almost all models some use TC50
Isuzu
-Almost all models some use TC50
Kenworth
-Several models, most use TC50
M.A.N.
-Several models, some use 85W/90 others use TC50
So unless your "5pr!n74h iz f00ly w3rked" and you have done a Western Star gearbox and diff conversion you shouldn't be running 140 weight gearbox oils!
