the ports will line up its the bolt holes that don't - also the water thingo in the middle of the 2T will need to be welded up in your inlet manifold...
take it to someone with a tig, get "ears" welded on it where you need the new bolt holes, and, then re-tap new holes. simpler that way - also make sure you get the thing re-finished after you're done - as when they TIG it they have to heat it up and there is a good chance it will warp.
