Not everyone can afford a FWD to RWD EFI conversion (4A)
And IMHO, an 18RG is a classic 70's engine, for a classic 70's car..

no the answer is measure it up yourself.. i've been measuring a KE70 to KE10 swap and it's close, but not easy at all.
celica to KE20 would not be easy either..
not all 4A's are FWD, and the conversion is easy.
EFI doesn't have to be expensive either 
i agree with Norbie..
heft the weight that is an 18RG head.. they are heavy buggers..
