I was thinking 2" piping from the SC and 2.5" to the inlet to aid response. My main concern was that the blower was low boost so a larger cooler would be a big pressure drop but as its giving 8-10 psi, I think I'll go ahead. Cheers fellas. not the case..a similar size aftermarket core will do the job fine..as for befor the supercharger, i recomend doing a 4age/3sge throttle body conversion..takes about 30 mins all up to do..the throat itself is about 10mm larger..slightly 'dremel' out the SC down pipe (the butterfly hits) and whack her on with you TPS switch..go for gold! 10hp..FMIC, you'll be laughing!
