3K head had about 33ml combustion chamber.
5K head has around 16/17mls combustion chamber.
if you have dished 5K pistons then you would have very low compression
if you have flat top pistons, youmay have high compression.
do a compression test and see (and let us know)
no dodgy leaf lowering? get them reset, or get new ones made.

5K has more torque but not necessarily more power in stock form.. they are a van motor  and are cammed to suit.
