Hey man the 5K has hydraulic lifters and the 3K and 4K's have solid lifters, pull off the rocker cover and have a look. If you have a 5K with a 3K head then the motor will have solid lifters and a custom made cam.

lifter info is good, but you don't have to have solid lifters to run a 3K head. i've run combinations of K, 3K and 4K gear (ie valves, rockers, rocker towers) in a variety of heads, and the rocker gear also fits 5K heads.. so you can have non-adjust rockers on a 3K head, and vice versa.
the only real way to tell is if it is a bigport head (ie 22010 (K) or 24010 (3K) ) or to measure the combustion chamber volume.
