Tell them what you are after in a clutch, what it is used for etc and you will get the best clutch for those requests. One clutch we got for a supra box in ta22 celica, 9" 4puck, ceramic/brass, sprung centre... If you did not know better you would swear it was a heavy duty organic (approx 15-20% heavier than standard). On the other hand another guy i know went in and rattled of how powerfull and good his car was, said he wanted heavy etc and it is a pain in the ass to drive on the streets.
