Legally you can only increase the size of your rims by 2 inches from what the factory put on it. For example if your car came from toyota when it was purchased in 1990-89 whatever with 13" steel rims then u can only put on 15" mags, you also need to be carefull that the track width, the distance from the centre of the left and right tyres don't exceed the maximum for that vehicle (i sound american) Thats all the legal stuff anyway. BUT I reackon a set of 17"s would look awesome on yur rolla but i'm pretty sure they would scrape on the guards so u would need to have them rolled (not to expensive) also check that the width will fit ie not scrub on the suspension strut im pretty sure a 205 series on a 17" mag won't scrub on the strut, again u really need to talk to an expert or just go to a tyre/mag shop and get them to chuck a few sets on yur car and see how it looks and fits, You will more than likely want to lower your car at the same time coz it could end up looking like a 4x4. I'd recommend Industrial Springs out Wingfield way they're making me up some custom springs for me at the moment, get them in about a week or so.
Cheers
