thats quite a list over 10 grand just in parts...
as for your question, garage annex (http://www7.airnet.ne.jp/annex/) makes a kit containing 4 filters and 4 filter attachment flange plates and 8 bolts for 37800 yen. fits both ae101 and ae111 throttles.
