ok yep I get the gist of it actually in reguards to the last answer the engine in question is a 22r EFi out of an '85 celica what sort of work would you think is involved in fixing such a problem , it sounds like the head would have to come off. and in that case with the engine having done over 300,000ks maybe it's not worth fixing unless the engine is being reconditioned. has anyone has a 22r reconditioned before? what sort of price and down time would one expect?
